Title: Green Beans with Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes

1 1/2lbFresh green beans, washed and trimmed
1mdOnion, finely chopped
2tsFresh garlic, chopped
1tsOlive oil*
1cFresh sliced mushrooms
1cCherry tomatoes, halved

Steam green beans until tender. Drain and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in a medium skillet coated with olive oil, until tender. About 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute until tender. Stir in green beans and tomotoes until heated.

*For those who choose to elimenate ALL the fat, substitute PAM or other vegetable spray, for the 1 teaspoon of olive oil. The olive oil's only purpose is taste, and if you want to sacrifice the taste for the small reduction in total fat of 1 teaspoon of olive oil, you may.
